Retreats Victoria was founded as a boutique booking agency and full-service short stay management company. We maintain a strong loyal following of owners and guests by maintaining our highly personalised and dedicated focus to providing the best possible service to our owners and accommodation options to our guests. We are experienced, professional, reliable and affordable.
Owner/Operators Jason & Julie Batey (see inset) have extensive combined experience in Human Resource Management, Office Management, Bookkeeping, Tourism & Hospitality Operations and Sales and Marketing. Jules has a successful track record operating accommodation based businesses and deals directly with Online Travel Agents on a daily basis. “We own and operate the company so when you need something done you will be dealing directly with us.” It’s a true husband and wife business with a fantastic local support team. We also own and operate a STR business in Tasmania called Retreats Tasmania.
